My Dad recently received two text messages on his phone asking him to vote for Buhari. And my cousin had someone claiming to work for APC with paper in the village writing names and giving out 5000 naira in exchange for voters registration cards, promising that it will be returned just before the election and that you will be paid monthly after APC wins the election. Perhaps, it is not an SMS but a USSD message that temporary displays on the phone. if he gets the message again, I have asked him to show me, so I'll screenshot it and post it here.
