Please for those who are in the business of getting cars from dealers and marketing it on your own, you get the buyer and get paid from the proceeds (you get what I mean).

I have some questions ....

1. Which is better working with getting a commission from the dealer or adding your own extra price to the cost the dealer is selling the car?
2. Do you have to do a contract so as not to get cheated or you can work with word of mouth agreement?
3. How is the best way to get dealers to work with?
