House of Assembly October 2nd.
Sale of forms starts on the 1st of September.

NOTE:
Primary Elections into all elective offices shall be by direct or indirect elections or by consensus. The need for indirect or direct primaries shall however depend on the peculiarity and need of a given state.
In each case the state executive committee shall in consultation with critical stake holders of the party in a given state identify and forward for the consideration and approval by the National Working Committee for the mode of election to be adopted. Nomination forms:

1. State House Assembly - 1.1 Million

2. House Rep - 3.8 Million

3. Senate - 8.5 Million

4. Governor - 22.5 Million

5. Presidency - 55:Million.
