Church enterprenurer are smart, building industry is not a good idea for the church since it will raise the risk of being tax and monitor financially by the government. Rather the church will prefer to establish more branches as it is more lucrative.

why?

Because it requires minimum capital with zero need for tax payment but has a multi billion naira potential;

How?

because the church positions itself as an entity which appears to have in high supply of what the society truly demands ;Nigeria church understand what the society demand and it is playing on it to maximise the benefit.

what does the society demand? => ‘Security’. So from financial security to medical security, afterlife security etc is more rewarding to them than building industry.

They church enterprenurer are business men with great marketing skills and with a good sense of identify less risk and high profit bustness potentials .

I don't really like to be drawn into threads of church matters but I just want to remind you that the two pastors you mentioned here can equally extend that uninterrupted electricity to the environs of that Canaan land and Redemption camp.
It's not worth reminding us that banks across Nigerian has uninterrupted power supply because their business is heavily dependent upon steady power supply.
In similar vein, these mega churches are into business (money making machine) hat requires steady electricity.
I will be impressed only when they extend that electricity to villages in that locality.
