Few questions though:

1. Which mentality do guys need to change? I believe everyone needs change of mentality but you wrote as though ladies have the right mentality but the guys.

2. Hustling to take care of the family is necessary for we broke guys. Who will marry we broke guys? Truth remains, guys who are not mobile are at the second echelon of people to be considered by ladies in this country. As a broke guy, we have been insulted in this section for not having money

3. What is the definition of a reasonable work?

Honestly, I don't seem to get along well with these ready made (rich or well to do) men especially the ones born with silver spoons (apologies to them). But they seem to have this way/view of life I find repulsive. They tend to be arrogant, selfish, controlling, overly emotional, demanding, proud, over pampered and most annoying chicken livered. They hardly take risk and freak out when challenged . I can't deal.

As a lady with potentials, ambitions and of course skills , I need a confident man, a decision maker, a logical, calm , understanding, knowledgeable man and a disciplinarian ( I can be pushy and stubborn at times ) . These qualities I will only find in a Man who has been through the worst of life.

Secondly, I love it when I impact in people's lives positively. I find joy when I see I help people become what they are. I think I will love it more when My man look me in the eyes and say " I wouldn't have done this without you" . It's romantic . I won't find that in a ready made man.

Lastly I tend to date only based on attraction, I don't even have specifications . Once I like you,and I want to be with you, then we are good to go. So I'm most likely going to marry out of love.

Hey! I'm not painting a perfect picture here, I'm never going to marry a poor man but a man with potentials. Your potentials must be worthy though. :
