I want to know if any one experienced total Network shutdown from Airtel Network today. I noticed zero bars on my phone around some minutes to 12pm, the network just returned some minutes after 7pm.
This is the 3rd time this is happening in less than a month and the longest outage yet. I reside in Kano btw. This has been a very big inconvenience, can't reach clents and customers for more than half of the day. I had to resort to buying a small phone and a glo sim to carry on business. No PSA , No apologies, Nothing from Airtel.
Where is NCC when you need them.
