But it seems as though the 37-year-old has been ordered to stop snapping herself so much, by her doctor.In fact, in an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the mum-of-three can be seen asking an assistant to help her take new pictures, after she injures her wrist. Anyone else a little surprised she hasn’t hired someone to permanently pap her?

In one scene, Kanye West’s wife can be seen attempting to lift her phone up to record a promotional video for her new Kimoji Hearts Perfume, but can’t manage it so ropes in Paxy for help.

When Khloe Kardashian asks what exactly she’s doing, she replies: ‘The doctor says I can only hold my phone like this. So, I’m having Paxy take my pics so I can rest my hands.’
