Oga, I lost the SIM card I used in opening my first bank account because of that, I stopped using the account. Recently I reactivated the account, in the reactivation form, I was told to input a new number and tick "update phone number" column. I tried transferring some cash from the account via quickteller but the OTP was sent to the old number I used. Why is it still so?
