Please I don't know to much as to how political offices are appointed yet, but I will like you all to help me out here incase what I'm saying isn't sensible or isn't done this way.

I got thinking about this present predicament in Nigeria political/government system and how we are fast losing our reputation amongst sister nations in Africa and in the world as a whole.

Please is it possible that the president employs or appoints a qualified minister who is not of Nigerian origin to handle an office or a ministry in the country? Especially knowing it will bring about growth to the country and boost development. Is there any law against it?

Mods please I'd appreciate if this makes front page.

Your assumption is that there are no qualified people in Nigeria to occupy those ministries. That assumption is very wrong. The real problem is that due to Nepotism and quota system, it hard to get real technocrats to fix things in Nigeria.

Especially when they come from the tribe that everyone loves to hate.

The finance minister is not a citizen of nigeria by birth. The president appointed one man from Niger republic that caused an uproar some months back. We ar up to 189 million pple i do nt encourage that.

You want change, then you know what is needed and not just putting old wine in new bottle. Support peaceful call for referendum
