What a useless culture? In this day and age people still live and behave like they did centuries ago. Until these communities start doing away with these archaic cultures that serve no real purpose and of no benefit to mankind will the society advance and make progress.

The painful part about all this whole thing is that the girl being used for the exchange has NO say in anything..

Imagine giving out a minor so as to clear off your debts.. Or using her to collect food.. It's saddening

But it's practised in today's society.. Only that the females are now older, way matured and the money collected in exchange for the lady is called "Bride price" .. Which makes it morally right..
