Should an Election be declared inconclusive if the difference in number margin Low? Is there any provision in the Nigerian constitution where it is stipulated the least number of votes difference between two Major contenders which must be considered for example ,from 500 and above ,I thought it has to do with numbers even leading with 5 .How come PDP is not Declared the Winner.Non Partisan ur comments are always Straight.
