For us to be at par with ordinary Ghana our yearly national budget should be four times what it is this year. No amount of Buhari integrity or competence can make us compete with ordinary Ghana this year. They're spending 41,000 per student this year while we are spending just 5,000 per Nigerian student this year meaning all things been equal they should turn out better educated people than Nigeria. Imagine where both countries will be ten years from now.
If we are not careful we will need four years to achieve what Ghana will do in a year.

If you think our oil money on it's own will give us that infrastructure you listed it's like living in fool's paradise. The money is hardly enough to pay living wage to civil servants.
