How will you feel if someone comes into your life just for what you have and can offer? The person do not value you, neither does he/she loves you. He is just in your life for the money. I am sure you will not be satisfied with it.

But this is how we all treat and view God. We seek Him for prosperity and not because we love Him and value Him. Some seek Him for husband, wife, miracles, healing, provision and so much more. They do not value him but they value what he offers and can do. God onces told me during my meditative moment that miracles are the by product(fruits) of a love relationship with Him. Do you want a life of miracles? Then get yourself acquinted with the Lord, let his word dwell in you richly and be your word as well.

Don't build your love for God on physical material things. Follow God with a perfect heart and all this things will be added unto you. Get rid of that selfish mentality and it shall be well with you.

Seek God for who He is and not because of what He has and can do.
