Hi Peeps, I really do need help with my Blackberry 9630 phone that just refuses to boot,but rather displays: "App Error 532,Reset". Can anyone in the house be of any assistance in fixing this problem? Thanks!! |

Lorenzo530: lorenzo your phone is experiencing a software problem,u need to reload the OS on the blackberry handheld.Do that with application loader on your desktop manager. |

reload the os, go to my computer, then program files, then common files, then research in motion, then apploader, then loader plug ur phone to the pc, it should detect ur phone, then next, then advanced, tick delete all application data, then next, then it wud restore ur bb |
