Please house. Your advice is seriously needed to help retrieve money from a car dealer who defrauded my brother. My brother paid in money into this guys account for him to deliver the car within two months as agreed by both party. The car dealer later returned some part of the money after 3months after much calls from his boss and my brother. since then he has refused to pay the balance(its been 5 months now),he doesnt pick his calls,he's nowhere to found.Whats your advice

That's a good idea but we have using a friend to lure him out but he never showed up. Thanks for your contribution
