Exactly, na so grin grin. Just as in 2015 pre-election, he was wearing Igbo attires in nearly all of his campaign posters, and sometimes Yoruba attires. Sometimes they wore him a suit with a tuxedo while he's hi-fiving a kid.

Has any one seen Buhari again in any of those clothes after the 2015 general elections until today? No, everything he wears, says, thinks and does is 99% North. Nigeria had never had such a nepotistic, bigoted president before. And may it never happen again. Amen.

Election season is here again and he has remembered to wear Igbo and Yoruba attires. grin. They have reminded him there are other tribes in Nigeria too. Oga, history and future Government Studies book for SSCE will judge you well.

Just get ready to vacate for the incoming President Olusola Saraki. cool

I hope that staff is fake. Does Buhari understand the symbolism of that staff/offor he is holding? Have you not read the bible of Moses with the same staff? I hope he knows before Amadioha will strike him mercilessly because his hand is not clean. Only special sons of the land approved by our ancestors like Nnamdi Kanu, Eze Nri, e.t.c., can hold that staff.

And yet he's still holding it wink

There is something about Igbo attires; isiagu(Tiger face), color and cap that set them apart from others. It reek of advancement, civilization, command and uniqueness. Plus the staff, symbol of authority, kai Igbos!

As far as I am concerned, Mr. Buhari has failed Nigerians.

1. Security of lives and properties: continued killing by Boko Haram, continued killing by Fulani herdsmen, kidnapping etc.

2. Corruption: despite having a list of corrupt politicians, not one has been prosecuted successfully and jailed.

3. Electricity: worse than ever despite promise to fix the darn thing.

5. Cronyism: favoring people from his own neck of the wood including in-laws and other family members in Federal government appointments instead of using merit.

6. Health: he's spent almost half of his tenure in London battling illness. Yet can't fix the Nigerian health system for the benefit of the poor masses.

7. Disdain: we thought things would be different with him but it seems all Nigerian leaders will always look down at the populace with disdain. He would prefer to indulge the foreign press than to host the local press.

8. Out of touch with reality: the Buhari government seems totally disconnected from the pain and suffering of the people especially the northerners facing Boko Haram. I guess some things never change.

Of course PDP is even 1000% worse. If it is between PDP and APC, then I'd just rather not vote.

Advancement my foot! Obviously the igbo attire looks too traditionalist. Like someone into native medcine...(traditional priest, babalawo)
Just take a good look at the hausa & yoruba dressing, synonymous and yet distinguished! Its classical!
