Dear Nairalanders

Please I need your help

On the 14th of September, I did a mobile transfer(with the first Mobile App) and was debited TWICE for it. Waited for a reversal to be made and it wasnt reversed. Went to a first bank branch to lodge a compliant and nothing has been done till now. Sent a message via their twitter handle still NOTHING

Though the amount isn't much but it hurts because they have done this thing before

Please I need help on how to go about getting my money back that's why I decided to bring it here with people of great minds and exposure to help circulate this.
