Don’t mind him, that’s how people propagate lies and term it truth. Okorocha was elected on APGA platform and decamped to APC. How did he build APC? By installing his family members and trying to foist his son-in law as governor? Out of all the technocrats in Owerri and other illustrious men in Imo state, it’s only Uche Nwosu that is fit to be a governor. Anyway, I trust my Imo people, it will never happen.

Nawao, I wonder what makes some people believe that Buhari will loose in 2019 elections, is it th UN that will conduct the elections? If Buhari & co perpetuated such kind of open fraud & violence in Ekiti & Osun for their candidates then u can imagine what he will do for himself!
Even his own wife could not bear the shit given to his fellow party members in the apc primaries so imagine what he will do to the opposition.
Nigerians will witness the most rugged & crooked elections in our history in 2019, even foreign observers will not believe what their eyes will see ! Of course Buhari will win with a landslide and after all NOTHING will happen. Nigerians can be amazingly stupid!

He should have formed his own party instead of fighting tooth and nail for Okorocha's party.
At the end of the day, the case will be on whether a party can cancel its primary election.
I know what the court is likely to rule.

we already had a precedent.Amaechi Vs Omehia once validly elected the party cannnot cancel the victory of any candidate. Uzodinma might win the war of been the authentic APC candidate.Winning the main election is another matter entirely

Hope Vs okorocha 1:0. Waiting for appeal court for scores update. I am yet to see a greedy politician like okorocha who has succeeded in bringing IMO state to her knees but I know Rochas and his cronies will be disgraced out office.

I think Amaechi's case was different. His name was submitted to INEC and later withdrawn but Uzo name was never submitted
by the party.

here is an excerpt from the judgement:

A declaration that it is unconstitutional, illegal and unlawful for the 1st and 3rd Defendants to change the name of the Plaintiff with that of the 2nd Defendant as the Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for River State in the forthcoming Governorship Election in rivers State, after the Plaintiff has been duly nominated and sponsored by the People's Democratic Party as its candidate and after the 1st Defendant has accepted the nomination and sponsorship of the Plaintiff and published the name and particulars of the plaintiff in accordance with section 32(3) of the Electoral Act, 2006 the 3rd defendant having failed to give any cogent and verifiable reasons and there being no High Court Order disqualifying the Plaintiff

I don't know were you guys got the bolded from, Senator Ararume and Achike Udenwa was in AC when Okorocha was still in APGA, they allowed him to hijack the structures with his executive power.
