Bros, this is internet. You can actually get some information without embarrassing yourself online. Ekiti external debt as at 2014 before Fayose was $48million. It is currently $90million. This is asides internal debt of over 100billion. Coupled with the fact that the government didn't pay over 8months salary despite getting their monthly allocation. So save your he did not borrow and he's not a thief story for children in your street. You can easily confirm the debt here.
