Business Summary: Our mission is to provide a much more profitable experience for Driver/Partners so that they can have possession of every cash made from their respective Trips. Providing them enough motivation to enjoy their jobs and take care of their respective needs. By also providing a very affordable Monthly Subscription to keep them on our platform.

Total Available Market: There are an estimated 60,000 Driver/Partners in Nigeria alone engaged in several Ride Sharing Networks. All Ride Sharing Networks collect between 25-15% Commission on every Trip made by all the Driver/Partners. Introducing a 0% Commission Ride Sharing Network would attract a large number of Driver/Partners from other Ride Sharing Networks.This market is expected to grow at a compounded annual rate of 50% over the next 5 years when we move to other Countries in Africa.

Customers: Our customers are the Driver/Partners and by providing them the luxury of collecting every cash they earn will attract them.

Customer Problem: Currently, most of the Competitors tend to hold cash made by In-App transactions from Passengers for upto a week. Which could be very difficult for most Driver/Partners considering the need to buy gas for their Vehicles, fix their Vehicles, provide for their Families and other crucial needs.

Product/Service: We are providing a Ride Sharing Network System that is accessible via Website and on Mobile Devices (Andorid & IOS)
Value Proposition: The need for continuous improvement through Upgrades that will enable us remain competitive.

Competitors: Current competitors impose commissions on Driver/Partners and delay their In-App payment Transactions for a week which most Driver/Partners find unfavourable. However, some of the current competitors include Uber, Taxify, Oga Taxi, Mr Taxi.

Competitive Advantage: 0% Commission, affordable Monthly subscription.

Sales/Marketing Strategy: Through Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Branding on souvenirs and wearables sharing it among Passengers, Discount Rides and Free Rides to attract Passengers.

Potential Exit Strategy: GrandExpress believes that a financial exit in the form of a merger, acquisition, or IPO is possible.

20% Equity For Sale:
Interests will be determined by the Contribution made by aspiring Partner from the Net Profit. The Net Profit is derived from the Collective Sales of all Monthly Subscriptions.

Cost of Services & Gross Profit from every Sale is: 60% of the Sales
Net Profit from every Sale is: 40% of the Sales.

Example, if Sales = N5,000. Cost of Service & Gross Profit = N3,000. Net Profit = N2,000

I am selling 20% of the Net Profit for N700,000.
Contributions by Silent Partner to the N700,000 will determine the percentage the Silent Partner will have from the Net Profit.
If the Silent Partner contributes N70,000 the Silent Partner becomes entitled to 10% giving the Sale example of N5,000, the Silent Partner gets N40 from each Sales.
