Have been trying to log in using the correct password since but my system has not been loading, it keeps saying "The user profile services failed the log on, the user profile can't not be loaded" I just need help right now on what to do.... |

@op... if you're sure of your login details,then get an external desktop keyboard and use that to enter your password. I guess some characters on the laptop keyboard are not working. cheers. |
