anger is a very terrible thing.it causes regrets afterwards. there are different ways to control it. when am angry,i stay somewhere and cry.it sounds weird,yeah.after crying,the anger just goes naturally.how do you control yours? |

You only regret your anger if you have no control over yourself and actions. I don't get angry easily because i put a stop to it in the beginning, so yes i've been called rude because i don't give people much chance to get me riled up. But if i do. . .i do any of the following Just seeing my brothers puts me in a good mood. Last time i was really pissed was over an infernal salesperson. . .called my youngest bro pronto and worked like a charm  Watching movies helps because it's one of my favorite things to do  Swimming is another So is sleeping Playing with my dogs and cat. Playing games. . .although, carpel tunnel syndrome might creep in  |
