Please I need info asap

I'm trying to verify an online account which requires me to provide an utility bill with my name and address on it

But my electricity bill carries the name of my landlord

So they requested for an alternative in the picture I attached below

Anyone know what this means ??

The agreement you signed with your landlord when you paid rent will do, just get it 'notarized' if it isn't already. You owe me beer and nkwobi.......... angry

Is there any option for bank account statement? If there is you can easily download and upload it.

Yes I have the option but it doesn't carry my home address I use gtbank
