What if the Original certificate as at 1961 did not have a number, and only had the candidate registration number?

Would a fake number be imputed just to please you?

Is the candidate registration number which identifies the candidate in the exam and the scores in the records, not on the attestation?

Why not show us an attestation of a candidate from 1961 or earlier who has also lost his certificate, then let us see if the old original certificate number that is N/A in buhari's attestation would also be N/A for such a similar candidate or it would be otherwise?

Why are you comparing 1961 candidate to a 1984 candidate?

To further show you that they are too distant to compare and certainly do not have the same conditions and considerations, the attestation of 1961 exams of Buhari did not state the month because it was never recorded on certificates awarded in 1961, while the attestation of 1984 exams of your comparison clearly states it was June because such information was imputed on certificates as at 1984.

You cannot expect an attestation to manufacture information that was never applicable to exam certificates as far back as 1961.

So "Not Applicable" remains valid where there was no application of such entry.
