Job Summary:

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the hotel as well as its staff. He/she oversees all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, food & beverage, housekeeping operations, revenue generation, and maintenance/property management.

Desired Competencies & Experience:

To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

At least 5 years’ experience within the hotel industry in Hotel Management.
B. Sc. degree in Business Administration, MBA would be an added advantage
Ability to work a flexible schedule and adjust working hours as necessary.
Must be an energetic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
Must be a computer literate.
