Quick Workout You Can Do First Thing In The Morning by chuksstanlo: 9:33pm On Nov 14, 2018
20 pushups
30 jumping jacks
15 toe touches
15 burpees(flying bombing)

Try and do 3 rounds of this, If three is too much try and do at least 2 rounds.

Do the four exercises at once without resting in between. That counts as one round. After you have done the four exercises rest for about 1 minute and repeat the process again and again.
