I would use 100k to kick start a small computer based online registration center business. since the world has gone blobally computerized. I already have a laptop and a nice spot. I'll just use the money to acquire a generator, a UPS and a multipurpose printer that performs multi functions and little fragment of the money would be set aside as running capital for first two months.
