Dear Nairalanders, kindly assist to criticize the building plan for enhancement. Thank You.
(1) The first picture is the layout plan for the 2 buildings
(2) The second picture is the room & parlour self contain while the third picture is a room self contain

Ur site is too busy. No enough airspace in between the buildings.
No parking space for the occupants.
Your setbacks are not enough.
No provision for emergency evacuation.
Let me just stop there for now.

Thanks very much for your comment. It's a student hostel n it's not expected they will bring in cars. The space between d 2 buildings will be increased to 2000 while d set back to fence will.be 1400 each. Thanks once again
