There is no gain saying that mothers usually mingle with their son's lives, even when he is married. Thus, the long aged battle between mothers and daughter in-laws isn't far-fetched.

A man shouldn't be made to choose between his mother and his wife cos both are distinctly different, as well as their roles too.

Sadly, in most contemporary marriages today, a man is always forced to make a choice.

While a man who grew up very attached to his mom might immediately pick sides with his mom — probably because of the childish mind set that his wife wasn't there when he made his money, another who prefers being rational will wade into the matter without sentiments.

Since fathers rarely have problems with their daughter in-laws, I am naturally inclined to believe that the fault—
Most of the times — lies with the mothers for being too possessive of their sons.

most mothers think they own their son's life, they usually have an overbearing attitude and think they should be the pilot of their children's live

these same mothers are the ones that tough gallantly against their MIL

the bottom line is women are self-centered and selfish, they always want to have full access to a man's war chest
