"A city that cannot effectively manage its waste is rarely able to manage more complex services such as health, education, or transportation." - Culled from World Bank's What A Waste. It is sad that in 2018, waste management in most cities in Nigeria is inefficient. I have opened this thread to see how this issue can be addressed amongst us as young people. I also have a thread on it on twitter, you can also join in the conversation(https://twitter.com/adesuwagreen/status/1054871145302896640?s=19). What is happening in your city/community regarding waste management, how do you think things can improve? 1 Like |
