An oil & gas servicing company seeks a Coiled Tubing Operator with the following job brief;

Job description:

1. Candidate will perform supervised and directed equipment operation.
2. Recognize equipment malfunctions and correct them.
3. Perform general preventative maintenance on all coil tubing equipment.
4. Take responsibility for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of services.
5. Perform day-to-day inspections, servicing & maintenance of equipment, and complete all required paperwork accurately and on-time etc.

Job requirements:

B.Eng/HND in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
A recognized certification in First Aid, Health & Safety Management.
At least 2-3 years experience as a Coiled Tubing Operator, previous experience operating coiled tubing in an offshore environment or as a pipeline operator is an added advantage.
Mechanical skills and excellent knowledge of the Nigerian oil & gas industry (a must).
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand & carry out routine oral and written instructions.

Job location: Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
