Why worry over what you can’t change.

You have written the past ICAN exam to the best of your ability,

never let negative thoughts set in.

Sometimes you just feel like your heart beat rate has increased because

you were not sure of what you wrote during the ICAN exams.



A student called me last week and said “what if I fail ?” , then I replied “What if you pass ?”

The reality is that, you cannot change what you have written, just leave the rest in God’s hands.

If, however, you find yourself still thinking about what you did not write well in the last diet exam, then you need to change the channel in your brain. Acknowledge that your thoughts aren't helpful, and get up and go do something else for a few minutes to get your brain focused on something more productive.

• PowerPoint

• Microsoft Word

• Pastel Evolution

• Financial Modelling etc.

P.S You can only replace negative thoughts with something productive, else it will keep coming back to your mind and it can cause harm to your health and mental being.
