I just bought a used HTC One M8 phone but I have not been able to browse on it due to the locked APN setting. I have check several tutorials online but non has worked yet. Can anyone help? |

from the little research i did it could be the rom or sim. my advice try a different sim(network) to see if there will be any change if nothing happens then try a different rom maybe a custom rom |
