YBTC NEWS—The management of the University of Ilorin has shown reaction towards the report of one of its students, Adigun Emmanuel Adewale, Faculty of Agriculture, who was to have committed suicide last week Thursday (29th of November, 2018) which was as a result of frustration over his failure in his final year Project.

This was made known in a press statement signed by the Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr Kunle Akogun which was obtained by YBTCNEWS, which reads part, “the University during its investigations has revealed that the Late Adewale took his life as a result of drug addiction which he must have adopted to address the prolonged depression he had suffered has a result of the personal challenges he could not bear”
