You cannot enforce a promise made by your boyfriend to give you his beautiful bungalow, but you can enforce a gift already given to you when he is in love in the following ways.

1) Make sure he gave you the gift in the presence of one or two witnesses.

3) Make sure the act of giving is unconditional. I.e he does not give a clause of collecting it back when an issue arise.
