1. Reset your device: Reset the device on which you are not able to play the content e.g. T.V, Computer, Tablet, etc. To do this close, all the opened windows on your device and click on the option for “Restart” on your device. When the device restarts, click on the icon for your HBO GO application. Login to the app using your HBO Go login credentials and try playing the content to verify if the issue is solved.
2. Ensure your browser is up to date: Verify the version of your browser to make sure you are using its latest version else it won’t function properly and might be the reason for playback issues. So if it is outdated then update the browser and try playing the content.
3. Delete the Cache cookies of your browser: Empty the Cached data of your browser. To do this open the Menu and click on “Settings.” Click on “Advanced Settings” and go to “Clear browsing history.” Select the items and the period up to which you can delete the data. Now open the browser and visit the HBO Go Sign in page and login to your account to play the content.
