Obi won nothing. He was just ranting a wishful thoughts while Osinbajo presented realistic facts. Nigeria is not China or indonesia but a country with perculiar system that needs a perculiar module of success.

Osinbanjo gave realistic successful steps THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN talking from experience and not wishful thoughts.

If u don't draw inspiration or model ur economy with China in view, u might be making mistakes. China is a perfect example in 1. Stable economy(even with their population),2. Socialist system 3. Regional and global player 4. Security 5. Inventions/technology etc. Obi as a practical economist is far better than Osibanjo lawyer and there are things time factor will not allow him to say. He is tried and tested in Anambra unlike Osibanjo that is just coming into governance. If the Economic policy of Osibanjo and Buhari is working, why is 9ja poverty ridden?
