The amnesty program of Cross River state governor, Ben Ayade for the the militant people of Bakassi is yielding dividends as some repentant militants are currently surrendering their arms to the government.

The former militants and cultists are being documented by soldiers after laying down their weapons and renouncing militancy at Bakassi beach ikang.

The governor had earlier called on militants and holders of small arms in Cross River State to voluntarily surrender them to government. He said his administration was determined to offer them a viable alternative means of livelihood once they embrace the offer.

Ayade admonished the people to maintain the prevailing peace in the state, advising them to seize the opportunity the disarmament project offers.

These people are idiots. Why do they always smear their faces with white and coloured inks? Are they not aware that bad sighted soldier with poor shooting skills can see and maul them down from 400m?

This is why soldiers laugh at them. Buggers, imagine some idiot wearing camouflage uniform but with a face full of flashy cosmetics instead painting his face in corresponding and blending colours.

Ndi ara. That anumanu in an attempt to look scary and intimidating, he look like someone that has just been to an ‘ikupute nwa’ baby shower/christening.

Nigerian army doesn't have some of these weapons.
The Nigerian army should just beg them to be machineries na.
They might even do better than our soldiers running away when BH boys show
