Good day everyone and compliment of the season, please I have this Facebook and Instagram page where I intend to sell things. But I've not been able to pay for sponsored adverts on either of them. I opened a gtb account with hope to use their mastercard to open an account but after getting it, I was told that their naira mastercard has been stopped from making payments on Facebook and Instagram and was directed to open a dollar mastercard. But the catch was I was going to pay the sum of 8k + every year as maintainance fee. But I'm not willing to part with such cash yet. Please is there any other means I can use?
NB: I've tried PayPal but its not accepting the ATM card, plus it was removed as a payment option on Facebook and Instagram.

Plz, guys, answer this question above.... I also wanted to do facebook page ad and I had first bank verve card... But when I put the card no, facebook kept telling me to check my number repeatedly....that is, I wasn't able to put the number successfully.... Any genuine answer, pls
