So, you responded to this quote of mine which I have repeated below so as to make clear your misunderstanding of my point of view.

I started with "KNOWLEDGE IS WIDE". And have also described the article as one " TALKING ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL AND A HIGER ONE INDEED".

But your response above which you have put forward, "IN AN INFINITELY EXPANDING UNIVERSE, THERE ARE NO HIGHER AND LOWER" was put forward by you as a NULLIFICATION of an UNDISPUTABLE proposition which i have made with respect to KNOWLEDGE, that it's not on the same level.

shakmati let me ask you, are you privileged to have passed through any HIGHER INSTITUTION OF KNOWLEDGE?! (it's a very polite question as to make clear my point of view with respect to HIGHER KNOWLEDGE)

So, why the qualifying word HIGHER as ascribed to INSTITUTION?!

It simply means such an institution is operating on a different level which the word ADVANCED fit perfectly well as a description.

If you are a student of science majoring in PHYSICS, it's a TRUISM that a distinction is made in physics. A HIGHER LEVEL OF PHYSICS IS CALLED ADVANCED PYHSICS, YES, THE QUANTUMS WHICH REQUIRES THAT ONE WOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH A TRAINING, OF THE ORDINARY PHYSICS, WHICH IS ON A LOWER LEVEL OTHERWISE THE BASICS BEFORE THE DOORS OF SUCH ADVANCEMENT IN PHYSICS CAN OPEN ITSELF TO YOU.

My choice of physics is only an example out of uncountable examples to make clear that indeed knowledge is wide and it is taught and learnt on different LEVELS. And men of knowledge are as well institutionally divided into levels in an ascending order.

IS A PROFESSOR ON THE SAME LEVEL WITH A PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER?! IS ONE NOT ON A HIGHER LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE THAN THE OTHER?! EVEN AMIDST PROFESSORS, DISTINCTION IS MADE, EMERITUS IS ASCRIBED TO CERTAIN PROFESSORS WHICH IS A HIGHER QUALIFICATION.


Now, let's go to your statement one more time and view it from the point of an expanding universe which you have asserted that there are only parallels devoid of high and low.

Does this Universe, you are talking about have OZONE LAYERS as a part of it? Are these layers in an ascending order one, higher than the other?

This is just an example, of course someone in an air plane flying in the air and another in a car driving on the road, are they on the same level, even if at all PARALLEL, one is on GROUND ZERO while the other is on an ALTITUDE.

It simply means simultaneous action of TWO CONTRARY TENDENCIES. Let me start by dealing with the premise on which you try to justify the term 'higher'. Your mind is completely tied to physical and social norms. In terms of our language, you may use higher as much as you want. Since you ascribed to metaphysics in you first response, I only attempted to loosen your fixation on the physical by showing you that the term 'higher' does not really exist outside and even within our realm of existence. Now, you claim the professor is higher in knowledge than the physics student. That is a bit laughable because a physics student can also use the basics of physics and achieve something that could confound a professor...this happens a lot of times. Can we then actually justify that the professor is actually higher in knowledge than the student? It is only within the confines of our societal interactions backed by some certificates that we claim higher. The person flying in an aeroplane is in no way higher than the person walking as they are both moving in parallel media. Even time and space are compressible quantities as shown by relativity. There is therefore no ranking in terms of situation. Even spiritually, men have come to realise that all men have tge same destination. We only live in parallel situations with switches of states occuring from time to time. The life of my grandmother who lived and died in the village could have been equally as comfortable as mine even though I have cars and live in a high brow area. They are parallels! There is no higher in the state of existence! And this is not about humility!

Back to the topic. Sex is physical. The primary purpose of sex is reproduction. We may have fun along the way. Some have even abandoned the initial purpose and turned the fun and companionship to become the main issue. But to spiritualise it, it's taking things too far. grin
