Dear Experts,

The attached is a proposed ground plan for a 4 bedroom bungalow.

Please advise/criticize the plan for correction or modification.

Also what are the estimate of blocks a building like this may likely consume?

Everything is wrong. The positioning of the visitor's room and the other room opposite the visitor's room is wrong. In your building plan please always endeavor to have your rooms cross ventilated.
The master's bedroom toilet is too small at 1.5metre at least u should make it a walk-in closet so as to enable you a space for wardrobe. Where is your exit door from the kitchen? what I'm seeing is like I'll need to get inside the store before exiting.
We can help you get your nice building plan and the estimation even to supervision of the main project at a very ridiculous amount. Let's chat... 08036168806

You wont be asking such questions if you had consulted an architect

the price of mediocrity is too much

would you ask nairalanders about a serious medical condition or go to the hospital?

Your passage too long, it will always be dark(illumination). Some rooms are lacking cross ventilation. This design is outdated. Well it might not, based on your culture

Those before me have said things that are fundamental. Look into them. You will be working with a minimum of 3200 blocks.
