Make sure you always have God. That one sure pass. Know you true friends. That is , your inner caucus men. These are people who are not ashamed to also cry to you cuz iron sharpens iron. So you can encourage yourselves and not compete with one another. These 2 people are the only ones who have the right to see your tears. Omo, after consulting these people , you don't need to carry your life and spread it before people who don't care. Follow God, have friends who encourage you not compete with you. Live a good and content life. Exercise well too. And you will live not just 2019 but 50 to 70 years from now.
