i own a small cyber cafe in lagos and i need list of website i should block,
in my cafe that are use to fraud and scam people on the internet or that should not be allowed to open in the cafe.

and also, a cafe shouldnt be blocking sites

If you do that you will have yourself to blame. Dont encourage them and all the same dont send them away. thats just the trick. Dont encourage them in the sense dont make it a yahoo yahoo cyber cafe

if u stop yahoo boyz from browsing in ur cafe, then expect to shut down in the next months. they pay more cuz they can stay on d pc all day just on yahoomail and yahoo messenger, so you can block both applications if you care
