Niger Delta Youth Movement Commends PMB For The Suspension Of The CJN: by Antipob777(f): 9:54am On Jan 26, 2019
At the emergency extraordinary general meeting of the Niger Delta youth movement (NDYM) held at its corporate headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, it was unanimously agreed and endorsed by its executives that the suspension of the CJN was in line with law.

The president of NDYM Bar. Iron Udoh avered that Mr President acted upon a court order by the CCT and under the interpretation Act of the federal Republic of Nigeria, the president is empowered to suspend the CJN but can't sack or remove him.

It was gathered that the CJN publicly stated that he forgot to declare some of his Assets and we believe there is no provision for ignorance in the Nigerian constitution.

Huge sum of funds were found in accounts of the CJN undeclared and all that is expected from the CJN as the number one judiciary officer was to defend himself and not running from one court to another to seek for an order restraining the CCT from continuation of his trial.

At the moment, we still believe that justice Walter still remains the CJN and we urge him to approach a court of competent jurisdiction if he feels that his suspension was illegal.

We also call on the Ex CjN to go and clear his name. He is the number judiciary officer and as such should be able to uphold the rule law.

We frown with a total dismay on the various outcry of many ignorant Nigerians condemning the suspension of the CJN especially the PDP and host of its members.

The PDP as a party whom we expected to distanced itself from the issue having heard the CJN publicly declare to have forgotten to declare some of its assets have decided defend a man is is presumed innocent until he is adjudged guilty by a court of competent jurisdictions.

We call on all well meaning Niger Deltans to remain calm and encourage the Ex CJN to go and his name if he feels he is innocent rather than running from one court to another.

Finally we commend president Buhari for his rigorous fight against corruption as he has proven that nobody is above the law and we encourage him to extend the fight also to members of the ruling APC.

It is an action like this that I've supported PMB from the onset.
If there's an honour amongst thieves the CJN should have honourably step down before this brouhaha. Alas he was encouraged by his gang looters to stay on but, equity caught up with him.

This shows that there are some people in the south who are sensible. All the lullabaloo about his suspension will die down very soon.

What difference does it make?

As usual, pigs can go ahead and bear the cross of Niger Delta, the same way the internalised the loss of Aso Rock by a son of Niger Delta more than the Niger Deltans themselves.

Only idiotic pigs support crooked justices.
