In order to grow we need to give ourselves opportunities to grow and you can't do that by just standing still doing nothing.

For you to grow your Instagram page, you need to get your content in front of people. A lot of them. If you have the money you can run ads or pay for shoutouts. If you don't, you gotta to do what ads and shoutouts do manually.

Ads gets a single post in front of thousands of people. You will get more than a single posts in front of many hundreds of people. It doesn't matter how many people get to see the post. What matters is how many of those people will stick around and follow you.

Posting more gives you an amazing opportunity to be discovered, because by posting everyday and using the right hashtags you are getting more eyeballs on your content. And when you provide the most content you will become a preference.

There are 100s of people on social media doing what you are doing. So, you need to give people a very valid reason to follow you. And an amazing reason to give them is your brilliance with quality and quantity when it comes to content.

By posting more you become a very engaged figure in your niche or community and this gives you a privilege. When people have a question, they will come to you. Because you post a lot and talk a lot about your desired topic that you somehow become an expert to your community.

Don't demonize frequent posts because sometimes that is what people really want.
