A few days ago I wrote a post about the plan to merge Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger
As soon as this news hit the web, a whole lot of rumours have been going around the internet, and most of it has to do with privacy.

If you remember clearly sometime in 2018, Facebook was faced with a major security breach which was related to the private data of users taken by Cambridge Analytical so it wasn't surprising that the privacy issue was brought up.

During a meeting with investors, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, explained the project that wants to create a cross-platform messaging system between Facebook, Instagram And Whatsapp.

At the moment, the project is still in its infancy and Facebook is still thinking about the various possible solutions, so it will be necessary to wait at least until 2020 before we get to see the first unified version of the messaging system.

According to Zuckerberg, the benefits include : End-to-End encryption that will allow you to exchange messages with maximum security.

Also, it would help a user who uses the Marketplace on Facebook but has to use WhatsApp for the instant messaging part an easy unified way to do that without leaving any of the apps.

The idea is to create a system similar to Apple’s iMessage on SMS, with more features and the security given by end-to-end encryption.

Of facebook, instagram and twitter, instagram is still the best because it hasn't been overtaken by fake news just yet.

Facebook ask me if I will grant access to my contacts and I click "NO" next thing I see is on Facebook is my whole contacts profiles.

Since Baba refused them access they jejely helped themselves in.

People beware of social media, the CIA is up to no good. The ones I pity pass are fraudsters. You will be shocked to get arrested for a crime you commited 7-20years ago
