... Very funny how most of you guys blame men for the irresponsible acts of some ladies. Let me tell you a short story that happened last Christmas in my office. Theirs this girl that work with us. And we only knew she has one particular guy that always visits her,get lunch for her almost everyday drives her home and we all were happy for them.She always praise this guy and brag about him anytime she is discussing with her fellow workers that the guy is a real man. So one day,I walked into the office,met her and one of her friends,but what got my attention was her sobbing,so I called her and asked why she is crying and she told me she is pregnant. I said its a good thing because her guy is very responsible that he will take care of the situation. I then asked her if she has informed the guy she said she is scared. I told her not to worry that I will help her sort out the issue,told her to ask the guy to see me when he comes,she said OK. I went out and luckily for me I was coming in when the guy was about leaving ie after he brought lunch for her. We went inside together and that was when the bubble bursted. I asked him if he is aware that his girlfriend is pregnant and he said no. I called the girl and asked her why,she kept mute. Then I started pleading with the guy to understand her and go do the necessary thing. But my greatest shock was when the guy now told me that for close to a year they started dating that he has not even seen the colour of her pants, that the girl never allowed him touch her. Do you know that this girl has being sleeping with her Neigbour every night? The pregnant belongs to her Neigbour, a man with nothing to show,squatting with his friends .Are you going to blame the so called real man that always gifts her and shudders all her responsilities? When the guy was sobbing in my office,I smiled,calmed him down and ask him to move on with his life. The said girl is patrolling all over Enugu now searching for the Neigbour who has absconded after finding out she is pregnant for him.Like the op said,not all girls but for the fact its not written on the face should make one be careful,though it applies both ways. But what I have noticed is that this kind of stuffs mainly happens to the so called nice guys or as the ladies term them. THE REAL MEN.
