Location:
Lagos (Yaba Outlet)

Responsibilities:
• Manage all activities in the outlet
• Supervise Shop Floor Sales Promoters
• Take overall responsibility for the shop
•Drive sales and revenue targets
• Work with other sales representatives to ensure objectives are met
• Assist customers with whatever they need to buy
• Maximize the sales of that brand
• Be knowledgeable in own company's products
• Influence customers in the store by demonstrating the features and benefits of products and by favourably comparing it to competitors.

Specification / Requirements:
First Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales in a similar organization
Proven experience in similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
