Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has donated £27,000 for the search of Emiliano Sala's Pilot body.

The family of 60-year-old David Ibbotson launched the appeal to search for his body following the recovery of Emiliano Sala's body on Thursday.

Their place had gone missing on January 21st after it crashed off the Channel Islands.

The fundraiser created by David Ibbotson's wife has so far raised more than £100,000.

According to The Sun, Gary Lineker donated£1,000 and Kylian Mbappe donated £26,267.

A message on the fundraiser site reads:

“Please help bring David Ibbotson home and help give him the send off he deserves. As a family we are relying on the kindness of the good hearted people to help us raise the much needed funds to help us find our beloved Dad, Husband and Son.

“As a family we are trying to come to terms with the tragedy and the loss of two incredible men. To be told the search has now been called off for the foreseeable future has only made this tragic time more difficult.

“We can not bear the thought of him being alone, we need him home so that we are able to lay him to rest.”

MySportDab report over 7,000 people have donated on the fundraising page, with manyposting messages of condolence to his family.

£26,267 according to todays Pounds to naira rate(473) =#12,424,291(over twelve million naira), if we divide it by a "30k minimum wage"(that we are still hoping for) that is 34.5 years salary of an average Nigerian to look for "dead body"............

I can't tell exactly but according to what i read... The area of the ocean where their aircraft crashed was one of the coldest in the world (i may e wrong tho) making the search more difficult, mind you they already given up before Messi and other footballers contributed for them to continue, it also requires resources

Considering d fact that d wreckage of d plane has already been found with d only body on board been Sala's, I am afraid it is going to be an uphill task to locate d pilot's if his body has fallen off d plane...i think Sala's body was found intact because it got stuck inside d plane,hence, big fishes couldn't feast on his corpse....i may be wrong though
