The IBEDC has just came to Aseese and Maba last 2weeks with a lie that people should come and collect prepaid metres with #5,000 which people obliged. I was saying it is an opportunity to know the sizes of the houses so that they can dish out crazy bills. Now I think am very correct, no lights and the bills has started coming. IBEDC are are fraudsters. |
